Born in Nürtingen, a city close to Stuttgart, Germany, Thomas Parisch started studying music at the local music school, first picking up the oboe when he was 12 years old and later the piano at age 16.
After earning a degree in classical Music in Germany, he followed his keen interest in film music and other contemporary styles by attending the Berklee College of Music in Boston and USC’s distinguished Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television graduate program.
Thomas is a versatile composer writing music for media as well as concert music while remaining active as an oboe player in the Los Angeles area.
